SAFER Board Member Chris Mulligan is featured in this installment of the Washington Post's "On Being" video series. Chris is now an attorney, but he has a long and successful history in the drug policy reform movement. He is a national board member of NORML, as well as the former director for the the Coalition for Higher Education Act Reform. In this clip, he basically explains why using marijuana isn't such a big deal, why marijuana prohibition is whack, and how he chooses to fight it.
