RI State Senator highlights SAFER message on CNBC |

In his recent column on CNBC, Rhode Island State Senator Joshua Miller explains why he and his constituents support an end to marijuana prohibition. Sen. Miller is the chair of the Rhode Island Commission on Prohibition of Marijuana, which recently recommended that the state decriminalize marijuana possession.
