FACT:  The average potency of most marijuana hasn’t changed in over a decade, according to

           the National Institute on Drug Abuse. More importantly, there has never been a

           marijuana overdose death in history regardless of its level of potency, whereas alcohol

           poisoning occurs frequently and leads to hundreds of overdose deaths each year.
